Guidelines for presentations:
Keynote Talks are 25 minutes presentation plus 5 minutes questions.
Short Talks are 12 minutes presentation plus 3 minutes questions.
Please bring your presentation file on an USB stick to be uploaded by the conference start at least one h before the session starts.
Posters: The maximum available size for posters is A0 = 841 × 1189 mm, portrait/upright format. Posters numbered from 1-80 will present in Poster Session I, and posters numbered 81-159 will present in Poster Session II. You can find the number of your poster in the program and abstract book.
Payment information
Regular payment method is credit card. In the exceptional cases that you cannot pay via credit card please contact event management at congress@univie.ac.at.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by 22 May 2022 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the conference fee refunded less a EUR 10,00 processing fee.
Cancellations received after 22 May 2022 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at).
Congress participant cancellation insurance
In order to avoid annoyance and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out a congress cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversichung.

Registration & Submission Software
The Conference and Event Management service unit processes the registration and submission data by means of a software by the company UNGERBOECK SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL GMBH, Kaiserstraße 72, 76133 Karlsruhe, Germany (processing agreement according to article 28 of the GDPR).
